Accounts for students under 13 must be created by a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on the student’s behalf.

Class fees are set by Femos AI and communicated to enrolled families. Fees are due by the dates specified in your billing statements. Continued access to classes may be suspended for overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including course materials, logos, and software — is the property of Femos AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
